The macadamia nuts are of a superior quality and comply with the standards written in this document. This grade includes no more than 5% per style not satisfying the requirements of the class, but meeting those of the next lower style and/or grade.

  Definition of a whole kernel: Whole kernels are kernels which are not split or separated into halves, with not more than 25% of the kernel missing provided that the kernel contour is not materially affected by the missing portion. Sizing via round sieves.
